8.1 liter swap

wanting to do either a 6.0 ot maybe even an 8.1 swap on my malibu but cant find anything on the 8.1

has anyone done the 8.1 swap?

There is very little aftermarket support for the 8.1 Vortec engine. With its stock numbers its not impressive either. I would go with the 6.0 because of the availability of parts. Or you could do what im doing, build your own 496 stroker which comes out to 8.1L 8)

that probably what i'll do i've seen a few 6.0s for relatively cheap in the area just need to figure out what trans i want to use
