This just entered the LKQ yard in Edgewood MD. Hard to believe someone didn’t see a better path for this car.

This just entered the LKQ yard in Edgewood MD. Hard to believe someone didn’t see a better path for this car.
Grab that complete header panel......also if it has bucket seats, console, sport gauge cluster, sport steering wheel....etc. Also grab the doors if they are clean....
There are a lot of $$ in parts there......if it were me, I would pick it clean.

Some states if the car is in water up past the rockers, or, if stolen, it's declared total loss. Likewise, mandatory salvage rebuild titles and a mandated process that discriminates against owner rebuilds.

If it's your only transport, and you're low income, no garage, or elderly, letting insurance keep it becomes the way to go out of necessity

Front nose pushed in, header might be still good but be careful and look closely. And agree with above

Edited, and if you grab the header, make sure to get the 2 brackets behind the header. Most miss those 2
