Dark Mode Default - Easy Switch Button Added

As the title says,

- I set the default style to be the "Dark" mode
- Added an icon that appears next to the search box AND next to your account/login info on the upper right side to EASILY swtich.
- Added a reminder notice on "Question" threads so OP can hopefully remember to mark their solution.

IF you don't like the default Dark mode, just hit the lightbulb to change it.
IF you don't like the light mode, just hit the little "moon" icon to change it.

if you run into problems with this, please let me know through any of the usual ways.

ha, I realized I didn't set the permissions right for regular users and guests, it should be there now.

If for some reason you start getting some crossover between them, just clear your browser cache for the site and that should fix it.
