aight guys i got all speeds except for high would it be the relay or is there a inline fuse somewhere from the switch to the relay ?

If it's like the Monte Carlo there's a connector with four wires near the valve cover on the passenger side. The red wire feeds the fan high speed. Pull the connector apart and clean it.

iirc the fan high setting doesn't go through the relay at all.(? have to go check the book to be sure ?) On high it just switches directly to the fan motor. If it works on the other settings then it's probably the switch. I've had them go bad before.
