looking to install dynamat? will this be enough?

will 12 sq. feet cover my floor panel ? i am going to use dynaliner to insulate the floor (heat and road noise) and dynamat extreme on top of that, also, how much sq footage for each door? will 12 sq feet cover both of those too?

You will find you use a lot more than you expect to. 12sq. ft will cover about one door. It will take a lot more to effectively cover the floor pans and transmission tunnel.
