I just bought a XM radio

It fits directly in the cig lighter. The problem is the radio spins inside the outlet because the whole outlet is lose. There is a ring that goes around the chromed outlet that snaps into the hole for the outlet. This ring thing comes off when I press the radio in and pops through the hole and then the entire outlet gets pushed in and falls into the dash.

Has anyone found a way to secure the outlet so it does not spin and stays put in its spot without moving? The use of this radio pretty much depends on the lighter outlet being stationary and solid.

Thanks guys
