Have you checked Ebay? I have found alot of car parts on Ebay. Plus, in the states, there are a few web sites that you go to and enter which car parts you're looking for from salvage yards and they'll e-mail you about price and availablity. I was going to buy a bumper cover for a Toyota that way, but I no longer have the car. Or you could wlays buy a donor car if you've got somewhere to put it. Just a few suggestions.

Found this on Google, on a page about parts for "classic" Buicks. Odds are they won't refer to your model as a classic, but it may be worth checking out.
