could you buys tell me if this tag show that this car came with a posi rear end with 3.73 gears

GT4 is the right code for 3:73.1 but it's missing G80 for posi but it could be installed afterwards or it could have a different code

Looks like your car came with just 3.73's. Not all 442's (or g bodies) came with a posi rear end. 3.73 rears were standard in a 442 but he posi option was not. If you really want to be sure about posi or not see the picture of my rear axle below, there should be a metal tag on the diff cover that reads "LSD Oil Only".
