im not one to dig up old threads but here is my previous Cutlass Sedan
Didn't get to do everything I planned, but I lowered it, added a CD player, rebuilt carb, replaced alot of underhood items, Flowtech long tube headers, adjustable shocks.
Was gonna finish the exhaust system, add wheels, fix the faded paint, and rechrome the bumpers, grille, and tail light bezels. But, an F2 twister dropped a tree on the rear of the car, destroyed the trunk and driver side quarter panel area.
I gave up interest in the car, and sold it to someone from the ghetto, who in turn, lifted the suspension and put giant rims on it.

Don't want you to be the only one digging up old threads lol. Had mine for a couple years now, plans are to fix the rust and paint it, then drop an Olds engine and 4 speed in her but for now I'm just racking up the miles.

And onyx, are those the factory 14s? I like the look with it lowered with those

those were the stock 14" wire hub caps on stock size tires

If everything goes as planned, I'm gonna be picking up another 4-door Cutlass. This time, a cleaner, lower mileage car. Immediate plans are wheels, stance, restore what little needs restoring, stereo.
I'm getting one of the two wheels below with WIDE white wall tires. (or Port-a-Wall's if I can't afford the Cokers). Haven't decided yet, I love them both. (I love vintage american aftermarket rims)
btw, if anyone is into 70's and 80's aftermarket and OEM rims that are restored, check out "Detroit Vintage Wheels". I found them on Ebay, while searching for Appliance wire-mesh's.

I owned 4 , four door cutlass's thru the years .....

2 broughams and 2 Supremes....... The 2nd one i bought from a lady in the neighborhood i grew up in with only 55k miles and as perfect as possible ... I miss that car more then any other i have owned ...

My brother owned one he found in a a 92 year old mans warehouse with only 17k miles and looked like it came off the showroom for $2800... It was perfect and it was stolen from a strip club on my bday... Then he totaled it a few weeks after getting it back :( Great Cars !!

Black Mine , White my brothers..

i have an 84 supreme brougham. i had some 20" 144 spokes but i sold them and bought some 14"X7" reverse 100 spokes. its out of commission right now, but my homie/ mechanic is going to pull the motor out to change out the freeze plugs and then give it a tune up. im probably going to rebuild the front suspension while the bay is empty. im just waiting on my uncle sam check to come in to get moving. i also have a grant mahogany wheel im putting on and a 350 chevy in a junk truck i plan on rebuilding for the future.
