This guy at work was talking about selling his 911 the other day. He wanted to buy a new car, and that would probably be around 300hp. His reasoning was "why would I need 2 300hp cars?" This made me chuckle, and my mind started to wonder "sh*t, I got way more than 600hp in my driveway!"
02- 2500HD 6.0 Silverado rated at 300hp
67 442 468 BBO- 1/4mi. math says 497hp
85 Bonneville Series 2 factory rated at 200hp
66 F85 Olds hi-comp 330 rated at 250hp I believe
63 Olds 88 hi-comp 394 rated around 275hp
Toro OXE1028 snow blower 11.5ft/lb tq- 7hp?
Murray lawn tractor with a Briggs 11.5 hp twin (okay the last 2 are silly)
= 1540.5!

Are we talking wheel or crank HP?

Chevy Avalanche = 295 (when new)
Ford Escape Titanium 2.0T = 240
Buick Regal 231 2-bbl = 110 (when new)

Total: 645

I’d probably knock a few off the Avalanche & Regal. Probably more in the 620 range. Once I do the LS3 swap, it’ll be over 900.

80 Z-28: 72 LS5 factory rating 295 BHP, but heads have been up-graded plus plus an it's stroked to 496 with a 250 shot of Nitrous. Go low at 600 hp.
2-Big Bear ATV's: 18 hp ea.

Total 1682hp or there about's.
