Do you know the C&C conversion number? I'm always curious.

Email Judy Badgley at [email protected] (original H/OCA director) and give her your VIN and she should be able to tell you exactly which number your car happens to be.

C&C conversion? are those the cars that receive the funky looking T-tops? I don't know the number of the car. I tired to register the car in 83-94 registry to find out but it looks like the website is getting worked on.

Well, they did that too, but C&C was the company that did the H/O conversions for Oldsmobile in 83/84 and I believe they did some Monte Carlo Aerocoupes as well? I don't know much about the aerocoupe part of it though.

Installing the hood scoop took surgical skills... :)

The car is in great shape for 118k miles. Was it repainted?

So, has the Nissan moved outside to make the Hurst all nice warm and snuggly yet?

As far as radio goes, there is an option out there I'll toss out in case you're interested as well. There's a gentleman in the fiero circles that has rebuilt & modernized a few hundred radios as a side hobby. He usually has some monsoon cd player units with the EQ, stock appearing aux input jack, etc reconditioned and ready to go. Price varies but it's often around $150 or so shipped to buy one. It'd be a direct fit replacement while you could save the original to have rebuilt to be correct.

Changes the drivability, easily reversable in minutes, and less invasive than changing the wheels or the brakes being painted. (Which look nice btw)

It'd be an option anyways, and I can get you more info if desired.
