It appears everyone was OK, guessing the car with be a loss.
 
Definitely not something kids should have been in, and the guy pulling up doesn't understand wind direction with how to approach a fire.

That bottle isn't to put out the car. It's only to buy the driver enough time to GTFO when his own car goes up. But yeah, how to put a fire out isn't trained.

That's what the firesuit is for, I'm not sticking around in something long enough to try to put it out unless I had something good.

That's also what the extinguisher/fire system is for. Did you see that rinky dink bottle he got out with? You ain't puttin out a fire with that. The suit is rated for around 10 or 15 seconds.

Oh yea I saw it. That's enough to pull someone out or put out something small. What I meant was if I'm in the middle of it I'm getting out not trying to put it out.

Yeah it's not plan A, it's more for when getting the F out of dodge goes wrong.
