I just got a 83 cutlass supreme 2 door with vinyl top and trying to find out the specs on the car. any one know where to get the goods on this?

do you have cruise control on the car? may be a bad master unit? if so pull the speedo cable out and turn the cord manually, if it spins then the speedo is fine and your problem relies further down the line. I am in that process and speedo is fine on mine.
