what off set should i get the ones I'm looking at have -13 but which one would i need i just need to know what will fit my wheel wells and not rub

i have a chevy 355 and I'm running an alternator power steering pump and water pump can i get by with just 1 belt all my pulleys require v belts or am i going to have to use 3?

I just picked up a th350 and it did not come with the shift linkage brackets and i was wondering if anybody had part number for one that would bolt right up to the stock g body cable without any modifications the car has the stock floor mounted shifter thanks.
