go to your local hydryloc shop that rebuilds stuff for heavy stuff like bulldosiers and that type and they will make your lines and they are cheaper most of the time

where did you get that instrament cluster

yes sir thats kinda what i would like to get. Car id has one for 350 and its in tampa.But car id will not let me pick it up they want 135 bucks to bring 30 miles. I think that is total B.S. so that is most likly what i will have to do un less i can find a used one. bob

HELLO every one. I am looking for a 2to4 inch steel or bolt on cowl hood for 87 monte carlo. I am having trouble finding one that is decently priced.So if any knows where one might be hiding please let me know.I live south of tampa,florida and willing to travel. Thank yall very much Bob.

I found out where the blackwire goes it belongs to the head l switch. thanks any way,bob

the main ground wire that is mounted to the dash bolt on the driver side broke off and that caused the running light wire to melt and catch fire.

i had one in the trunk it did all that damage before i could pull the bat cable because during all this the starter was whining. But i think im going to mount it in the car.

it burned the wiring harness up and the fuse block is toast it melted the ac duct work cracked the wind shield the carpet is toast it did some damage,plus it burnt my hands and arms up pretty good.But all the wiring is fixed and every thing else is fixed except the wind shield- carpet.

All right every one i found the home for the mystery black wire. It goes to the head light switch. Thank you,Bob

i took the fuse block back out and i do not see where it could have plugged in any in the fuse block .

looking for wiring diagram for for the fuse block on a 1987 monte ss. have a mystery wire with no home. Any help would be great so i can put this back together.The wire is a black with a strange spade end on it and its right by the fuse block.

Well had a problem with all the running lights not working.found the problem it caught fire in a wally world parking lot. Got it repaired but a 10 gauge wire fell out of the fuse block. Its black with a connector on it that looks like a connector that goes on a electric sending unit for a oil...

check the resitor on the firewall above the driver side valve cover.they go out and your tack will be off.and if you have a aftermarket tack check that allso.i just went though 4 auto meter five inch super comp tachs untill i got one that read correctly.

yes i put every thing new in the dash i dont want to go in there again if i can help it.there was a guy in town that had all new parts parts for the dash so all the sockets and bulbs are gm and the printed circuit is gm all so so im good to go.Thanks to all you guys for being a big help. I hope...

Yes mike i found the problem the printed circuit is bad i put a jumper two lights down the strip and every lite came on except for one and the two i skipped. now i have to find a new printed circuit strip.Any ideas there ? thank you very much for steering me in the right direction, Bob.
