That I'm not sure about, but I believe because of the file size of most videos files that you have to utilize a file hosting site such as YouTube or Photobucket.
Qdub24 is correct. Unfortunately it will only let us upload files up to a certain size. My guess is that it has to do with the server space of the site. It's pretty easy to upload to youtube, and you can leave the video unlisted, so only forum members here with the link will be able to see it.
