I ordered and received my mad Max exhaust for my monte but it is in storage again.
Can't wait till this winter to see these actually on the monte Carlo. You don't see this on a g body so it will stand out.
My cutlass is in the garage so pics mocked up on it will have to work.

It should clear the door as the overall width is about 1" narrower than that body section and I am going to angle the chrome back slightly when welded on

ZOOMIES!! Thought of doing that on my ElCamino at one point. Would love to see them after you get them done.

This gives an idea. They will be up more and in tighter to the body with all four chrome tips angled back a bit

Are you going to run any form of heat barrier between the pipes and the body? That much heat tucked against the body "might" cause paint damage. I may be 100% wrong as I have never messed with stuff like that. Gonna be cool for sure!

No but my plan is come off the header about a foot. Have a my 3" muffler in place and then hook this up. Not sure on the hear shield. I have been giving that some thought as it's probably needed.
They guy that makes them says to trim off whatever you need on the 3" part to get a muffler to fit. And then trim the outer tubes to get the angled up pipes to sit where you want them they in relation to the body
