Hi there. Just bought this a month ago and I love it. 1979 Chevy Malibu Base with AC, 231 Buick and Auto. I have worked over the column so the shifter isn't stuck, turn signals now work. Worked over the fuel system so it starts and runs. Changed the sensors and converted over to R134 so the AC works great. Added tint. Changed out the wheels and tires for rally rims. I added a pioneer Bluetooth radio yesterday. This car has changed a bit in a short time.

That's a nice ride, welcome to the forum.

I didn't know. It runs so good as she is that I hate to mod her. If I do it will be the 383 I have already built a few years ago or swap the drivetrain out of a 14 Caprice I bought for parts. Many options.
Welcome to the forum, good looking ride. You will have some very bad influences trying to talk you into going both of those ways, while I am all about adding power I would say to run what you got until it doesn't. Then go one of those 2 ways cause neither can really do you wrong
