Well showed up ran great up to the shop, ran like sh*t on the dyno hopefully just bad gas,

Reviewing some videos caught this, which would indicate too rich on a decell
EOP dropped from 40 to 20 at idle be good indicator of high oil temp
ECT never got above 200F
No clue what EOT was, but acting like it was fighting itself..
No AFR guage in the car, and it's a diesel performance shop so no AFR probe setup.

Next major project on the wagon is body work including whole floor pan. be starting that Xmas or New Year time frame..
So before salt flys in Ohio, Had a friend cut n buff a area over the weekend, swung by a paint store to sample it. closest they found, on the darker side, was a 2016 Jaguar color think it's called Odyssey red metallic, add little to some small flake and some pearl,

On your gastank. They made a DIY kit or people used to professionally do tank lining. It’s something you could look into as an option. I know the DIY kits sometimes ran into pealing issues. But could save time and money if available right there.

The tank is getting completely changed up, i replaced it with the OEM setup as it's the quickest and cheapest route.
End goal, I'm Shooting for a setup that will have 20-25 useable gallons. It will be frame mounted vs body mounted. I'd like to be able to put ~350-400 miles on a fill up, currently avg 175-190 miles.

Even with the larger tank it’s under that amount. But…with some measurements and checking you might be able to modify a full size blazer or a rear tank out of a ford pickup which might meet or exceed that many gallons. And still have the filler on the correct side. Ford trucks could get up to 38 gallon tanks for a secondary tank. You’ll have to do some research. Good searching!! It will be interesting to see what you figure out.

Yep the 25-30gl 80s blazer suburban tanks fit, need to get creative with fill tube
The 80s burb tank sizes.
The 25g is ~29*29*10.5
The 31g is ~29*29*13.5
The 40 is way too big for comfort. Rough measurements gives me sub 1" clearance from the 8.8" diff in the front and sub 1" from rear bumper in the back.

Last road trip was to the G-body classic it avg 17mpg road trip with a carb.

Realistically gas tank swap is down the list,
Current goal is floorpan, mini-tub, rear frame notch, possible EKR tube subfloor braces, ARH BBC headers, new electrical harness.. might get some coil overs as well and sanded

If it's anything like my C10, I like the 25g 'Burb/Blazer option. The bigger tank hangs lower & looked like a saggy diaper to me when they hang so low under the car.
Now.... If you're re-working the depth of the rear floor & can mitigate that additional height? The bigger tank is the choice,

The wagon has a tapered tank, so it doesn't hang down like a saggy diaper lol.
Iirc the tallest part is like 14-15" and the shortest part is 10-11" tall, which keeps the bottom of the tank behind the body lines for the most part.

Other more expensive option is a well baffled custom tank. Which will probably be well into 1000.00 for tank sending unit and in tank pump

Probably should go without saying. that the spare tire well will be deleted
