For an 85 Cutlass/442. They're practically everywhere, except the parts catalog.

These are the two bolts/screws that hold down the MAP/Manifold D/P sensor on the fenderwell. The sensor, then cover over that, then two screws hold it on the passenger side plastic fenderwell posts on a Cutlass. Right behind the rad overflow tank.

If you have any, I would so appreciate it if I could purchase them from you. If I had the part number, I'd try to find it myself, but that's part of the issue.

Here's a pic below. They HAVE to be minimum 30mm long due to the thickness of stuff it has to go through just to thread into the mounting posts, but the original screws are 35mm. They have the hi-lo double threads in it because they're going into plastic and were designed not to come loose. I don't know why they used this type when the other mounting screws didn't have the hi-lo threads.

M4.2-1.41 x 35mm (from tip to under the washer) Double Thread SEMS Screws. The hex washer head is 7mm and SEMS captured washer is 12.5mm diameter. It's stupid because the little sensor cover has indentations that allow for the smaller SEMS washer to fit, but if it's a bigger washer, it won't seat properly.

Let me know if you have two. Or even more if you want to let them go. I'm not picky. I found GM p/n 11602875, and 11589012, but they're only 25mm long. The depth of the sensor/cover is 20mm thick, so that leaves 5mm of thread. Which is about 3/16" thereabouts. So you can see it's not much left on those. I don't want to use those, but if I can't find any proper bolts....

I'm only speaking for myself but I'm sure there's others that feel the same, the amount of information and what you bring to this forum,if i had any they'd be all yours free of charge.its kinda of rare occasion that you need something as you're always providing for others on here.
I hope you find exactly what you're looking for.

I certainly appreciate the acknowledgment but I’m not expecting any handouts. I don’t mind purchasing the items I need. 85ss/85gn you have a PM.

Obviously no good replacement numbers out there. CLOSEST available is the 11610068 but it's not a hi-low screw, and it's 30 mm long, which is ok, but the SEMS washer is 17mm diameter while the original is 12.5 mm diameter. Not a huge deal, but the indentations in the sensor cover won't accept the 17mm washer. The radius is only like 8 mm at most, thus it will barely accept the largest washer at 16 mm diameter. Thus, it will look like dog crap trying to use the newer style bolt.

But I did finally find the part number. Took me a while to find it. V6 models used a MAP sensor instead of a manifold D/P sensor (they look nearly identical externally), so I started searching that route and landed on it. I guess it all depends on which listing you check out. That's a hard little doobie to find. And was used in many places on different cars. THEN......I thought, wtf? I just got that 1986 assembly manual, should have looked there first, and sure enough, there it was in the engine electrical stuff. Not that it matters much, as I can't find a new one anywhere, anyway.
