What did you do at work today?

nice! reminds me of when our neighborhood got annexed by the city. why, you ask? because our utility district had just bought a nice shiny brand new truck a year before, with a ladder. not 6 months after being annexed the city took it because it was "needed elsewhere" and literally gave us a used non-shiny non-ladder truck that had visible rust spots. still pissed about it 27 yrs later! 😡 😡 😡

This was fun..
I'm roughly 70' long, did get an attaboy honk for getting backed in with minimal obstruction to traffic...
Leaving say a guy drop the front axle of his Grand Cherokee in a well marked 3' wide trench on a construction site, driver was walking around like DAFUQ🤷🏻‍♂️....🤦🏻‍♂️🤣

Had a wicked bad basement fire last tour, worst I’ve seen in 15 years. I knew the building a bit and went to the rear parking lot. Got a great spot for roof access, and ended up the rear alley was the only access to the basement.IMG_4147.jpeg

Got to see what happens when a man child has a nutty at work cause he wants to do something not on the work schedule for the day then starts to throw threats at co-workers & bosses. Did miss him push his finger repeatedly into the chest of a higher boss who's built like a shjt brick house & can back it if needed. His day ended at the half way point when he was escorted off state property by a few state troopers. Guess you can smash or roll a truck, damage equiptment with careless use, sit around & not help out, lie to try to get someone fired but don't touch a co-worker.

The last two weeks we worked on this Dodge, gave it the full whiteout treatment.got rid of all the black textured & all the Chrome. It's actually a 2500/3500(i can't remember) that the guy bought brand new and cut it down to put a short bed on it because he could not get that model diesel in a short bed/std cab form. dodge's/this aren't my bag but it came out good.

Dodge's aren't my thing either but I appreciate that being a non chrome guy myself. I get that its hard to do something other than chrome in the grill but that would be the last thing I would change. When I bought my Edge Sport like 10 years ago I really liked it because it had mostly no chrome. Then within a few months I got into an accident which was the first in a long time and a long time since, but took advantage and got rid of the stupid chrome they put on separation of the hood and front bumper. Very few people knew to notice it but it made a huge change to me
