Horrible bump steer to the right

I didn't say I didn't think you were right. You know way more than me about this stuff that's for sure. I'm just saying it's non-existent on the left side. I drove it around "purposely" aiming for dips on the left side. Nothing. Hit one on the right and it rears its ugly head. I guess now my...

Horrible bump steer to the right

Yea I will try that next. I was just talking about going to coil overs this coming winter, figures that I would have to shell out more money on new shocks before then lol

Horrible bump steer to the right

I didn't notice it at all with the 17" wheels and shorter tires. After looking at it again it appears the car is sitting a little lower on the right side. That would explain why the right front tire rubs the inner fender slightly when hitting bumps at speed but not the bump steer. The plot...

Horrible bump steer to the right

I don't have the issue to the left. I hit a dip on the right side and the wheel is almost yanked out of my hands, hit a dip on the left and nothing.

Horrible bump steer to the right

Just as the title suggests im having some bad bump steer issues. Only to the right side when hitting a big bump or dip. Last year I had a slight pull to the right when driving but no noticeable bump steer, ruled out caliper. This winter I went from a 25.5" tire on a 17" wheel to a 26" or 26.5"...

    My 78’ Pontiac GP/SJ 454 build

I have tried running the headers in the paint they come with and I have tried blasting them and painting them with a good high temp paint. Both yielded similiar results. My next set will either be ceramic or wrapped.

    Black with machined lip 18"

They are good looking tires that's for sure. Still debating on a white letter kit since they make one for them.

    My 78’ Pontiac GP/SJ 454 build

I have used 2 different headers both from Hooker. The cheapest was the 2455 full length designed for 68-72 A-body cars like the Chevelle. Took some massaging to fit but for $100 or so I was happy. I believe I had to grind out some of the lower control arm mount and move the brake proporting...

    My 78’ Pontiac GP/SJ 454 build

Yessir, December 8th, 2004. A few fans were also killed trying to pull him off stage and perform CPR. Only good thing that happened that night was the gunman getting his head turned inside out by a cop with a 12 gauge,
