im in the process of a motor and transmission swap in my 78 el camino, im switching from a th-350 to a th-400. now i believe they are the same length, but the place where they bolt to the cross member are different, can i just make new holes for the crossmember, and move it back?, or is this harder...

anybody know if the door frame from a monte ss/ls/cl will be he same as an el camino door frame? im thinking of getting monte door frames and throwing el camino skins on them because my doors are shot and i cant find elco doors. thanks.

i have a 78 el camino with the long rectangular sweep speedo cluster. i have the dash, trim and gauge cluster out of an 87 ss monte carlo. wondering if the harness is a direct plug in or not. the harness im refering to is the black clip on the back of the cluster that touches the circuit board...

found out my el camino has a front sway bar, but no stabilizers on it. went out and bought the stabilizers but im not exactly sure how they go in. anybody know how to install and if they get torqued down? thanks

just installed angel eye headligts on my car, with h4 bulbs. i love the way they look and they were so cheap, the only thing is right now i have 55w hyper white bulbs in but they dont really make a difference. can i put 100w bulbs in or will it cook my harness? im getting an actual h.i.d kit...
