Thank you so much for the video, I was getting a bit discouraged and went on to another job because I couldnt find one last bolt or screw to remove the dash on the driver side somewhere, still cant find it so after watching the video Hopefully i should be able to find it rather quickly and get...
Awesome ok I think I got this...I posted a question in another reply but in case it didn't get answered....how many bolts to pull the dash or I guess I mean are there any hidden bolts and well to sum it up what am I in for with a dash pull?
Works great so far SEM brand and VHT dye are the best to use for interior panels and vinyl. Adhesion promoter is a must, there's some great forums I followed in my process on here that were easy to follow.
Thank you! That's what I thought I should do, now how hard is the dash to pull? I see the bolts is the middle then 4 on the vents than the 2 on the inner each side is that it? Trial and error I guess right...Thank you again
I'm doing a color change from the gray blue to black on my 85 grand Prix...everything's gone great so far and I'm almost done I'm working on the dash now but for the life of me can't get into the nooks and crannies up where the windshield meets dash...I've tried the little sponges, paint brush...
I'm also doing an entire interior repaint / color from GPs 85 grey/ blue to satin black, so far I've learned patience is key, giving time to prep correctly (degreasing) and allowing coats to cure is vital for long lasting paint that won't chip...also one thing I'll add to what the others said...
