I have removed the heater and need to mount the transmission dipstick. I bought a flexible one to give me some options. Anyone have any pics on how they mounted theirs so it will clear the rail where the wipers are?

I will try that tomorrow and see what it does.

So I changed this today and it still didn’t work. Any other ideas on what could be causing this?

Question for you guys. On my 86 Cutlass, I couldn’t get the blower fan to speed up. Then while I was driving it started to speed up for a second, then slow down. It did this a few times, what could be the cause?

I have the Rochester dual jet carb on my olds 260 in my cutlass. I want to put an aftermarket air cleaner on it to clean the engine bay up while I am waiting to get the new motor built. The problem I am running into is finding an adapter plate to fit this carb to an aftermarket air cleaner base...

Its in pretty good shape overall, needs a few small dents and rust spots here and there fixed but its not to bad.

Will do, it will be spring before I am able to get any work done since the snow is flying here in Iowa already and the car has been put away for winter, but here is a pic from a local car show this summer.

Looking at taking the bench seat out of my 80' Cutlass and replacing it with 2 buckets. What are some seat options and how hard is it to mount them?

I am trying to get the wheels off of my 1980 cutlass and the hub cap key is too chewed up to take the bolts out. I have been searching every where and cannot find one to purchase that wont cost me a ton since it will only be used to remove the hub caps. Does anyone know of anywhere I can get one...

I am looking to add an oil pressure gauge to my 1980 Cutlass with the 260 in it and I am not sure where the correct port is to do this. I did not see one in the same location as a chevy 350. Please help!
