Replicating the shape of parts is not an issue if you have a good scanner( We have 3). However, most of us CAD nerds end up designing the part from scratch even after a scan, because imported scans into CAD SW always have some surface imperfections etc. Also, those scan files are HUGE on larger...- Sharky

Howdy Hutch. I am not sure if the 442s have the same door jamb vent opening as the Montes, but if they do, I am sure we can do an Olds Rocket. I know a guy... Im down to 1 working printer currently, but will get back into it after LSFest West is over. Solidworks, Fusion360 etc. Printing everything in PETG or ABS because PLA and heat/Sun are not friends.- Sharky

Tire brand and size
Thanks. I wanted a nice lip on the rims, and something easier to keep clean than my stock 15 inchers. Tires are 255/40/18 up front and 275/40/18 out back . Diameter on the front is slightly less than stock, and rear tires are taller by half an inch. I've been really happy with this setup about 5...- Sharky

These are mine: 18 inch tires on Summit Racing rims. 105 bucks apiece 4 yrs ago. Tires are firestone firehawks.- Sharky
