if i can add a little more .... when i was installing the motors i thought i'd just wipe any stuff out of the vertical and horizontal rails/tracks (not disassembling or loosening anything. power widows can be soooo hard to work on). it turned out to be an all day job. there was a lot of stuff...
i'm not sure i can answer accurately about actual speed. it was good or normal for sure.
but my attention was more directed toward concern about the motors torque against the new
window moldings. with that in mind the motors seemed nice and 'quick' to me.

i installed new motors and new chrome/rubber door window wiper moldings last summer.
i used cardone industries #82-144 from summit @ $32.99. i'm really pleased.

here's my first look at the rear.
the math i did for the backspace was ok but the actual fit with the offset built into
the rim was too much. i am replacing the 1.5" adapter with a 1" adapter. that should put me right at the frame.

- i got standard lugs to test with. 3/4 - 19mm hex, 12x1.50 .... old style.

thank you ungn. the tire is a 255x50 @ a measured 10" wide in the photo. backspacing is 4.75".
i'll be fitting the new rims this weekend.
