If I see correctly in the pics it looks like it has number 8 heads witch would point towards a 73 ish olds 350 but it's hard to see in the pics and head swaps happen

it is an olds motor, most likely a small block, because i don't see the raised casting between the timing cover and intake that indicates big block olds. so your looking at a 260, 307,350 or 403. don't let displacement confuse you, gm produced 4 different 350 engines, buick, chevy, olds and pontiac all made engines with that displacement. and none of them shared parts with each other.

best to google olds engine i.d. to find the necessary info based on casting numbers. no eng disassembly required. you need to head casting number that is located on the head between the alternator, valve cover and exh manifold, its a single digit, i.e., 6,7,8, etc. and the block casting number between the timing cover and intake. i can almost read it in the pics.

try this info from this web site
http://www.v8volvo.se/mekartips/identifiering/oldsmobile/gjutnummer-block.html

Small Block Blocks 1964 - 1990
Facing the front of the engine, at the top surface of the timing chain area, to the left
of the oil fill tube, there is a code about 1.5" high followed by the casting number.
A letter indicates a big block, a number indicates a small block.
A small block measures 12" between the heads at the manifold base.

the blue engine paint points to 389 pontiac. big wide v8's
It's an Olds engine and the blue paint is not Pontiac blue but it would be nice if that's all the info that was needed to identify a brand and displacement.

Pontiac engines had a different shade of blue and did not have an oil filler tube in the front of the engine
