Went and picked it up from the farm today drove it 50miles after sitting for years only issue was two chewed up plug wires and a blown out tire fixed both did a huge burn out before I put it in the garage lol I'm pretty happy with my purchase
That's actually exactly what would be going in lol I was going to put that set up in my el Camino but I have a 454 that I think I'm just going to put in the el Camino and spray it
So it's not a gbody and if it's not ok to post about feel free to take it down...but on to the car it's a 1984 impala 9c1 package!!! The previous owner was going to make it a derby car but I couldn't let that happen.not to mention I've been looking for one since I could drive ..probably a weird...
Pretty pleased with the way they fit in the wheel well and the stance of the car now time to drop the 454 in and get the rest of the nitrous parts. the ls swap has been postponed till next year
I got them for $50 from a friend so that's why I'm using these. They're for an f body apparently with the mount plates I'm planning to get they sit the engine is believe an inch forward so I won't have to modify the header at all because I've read all over that I would have to modify an f body...
Yes sir that's my baby lol had it for 4yrs finally decided to do something with it picked up a 5.3 just got my th350 back from rebuild waiting for the harness to come back and mounts and the transplant can begin!!
This might be a dumb question but I was going to order my engine mount adapters today but most of what I've seen specifically says for original sbc cars. Is there a difference in the mounts I need for my car it's originally a 3.8 car ?
