Also check out Original Parts Group (OPGI.com) and Eckler's El Camino store (ElCaminoStore.com) if you can't find a good used part. OPGI can be on the expensive side, but fit and quality good compared to some less expensive stuff.

You mention restoring the bed back to original--maybe check out dustless blasting. It should strip the liner and original paint much more quickly than trying to get it out by hand, and then you'd have a paint-ready surface. Dustless (not really correct) generates less heat than sand blasting, so...

TH-250 and 350 have the same 13 bolt, chopped corner pan, but 350 is smooth bottom while 250 has an X pattern on bottom -- is that correct?
