    DIY Window tinting

It really isn't that bad. You will most likely have to use a razor blade to peel up a spot and just take off pulling it off. The quality of the film will dictate how well it may come off the window also. If it's quality stuff it might come off in one or two pieces. If it's the cheap crap be...

Vid and pics of my '80 Grand Prix

You are correct! I had a '80 grille in my '79 but I forgot which was which. I did recall that there was an "eggcrate" style one in there too, just wasn't sure which was which.

    Project: Chief Arrowcoupe (GP 2+2)

I love those cars. Always have, since they first came out. My favorite part on this car though is the whitewalls! Good job on saving this one from certain death! 8)

Isn't that a '79 grille? I thought the '80 grill had more bars and they were closer together?

Body drop to lower a G-Body??

I would think a notch on a car would be much easier than trying to body drop one just simply because of clearance. I mean an S10 has about a mile of frame that hangs below the cab, so even doing a stock floor BD on an S10 is fairly easy (relatively speaking). If I remember correctly, (if...

Project: Hot Rod Regal is dead....

Just a thought here, but if the Cutlass seller was the one interested in your ATV, why didn't you do some swappin'?

    Opinions?

This is a whole different animal. The question as I understood it was to replace the rallys with the Cragars, re-using the BFG's. Now.....the car as it sits is way to clean and classy for cheap 14" wheels. As previously stated, if you were going to de-chrome it and lower it, then I might be...

    Opinions?

Add my vote for the factory wheels over the $39 Cragars. If you want a black wheel, go with something like the Buick GNX or the Pontiac GTA wheels. Your car is way too nice to "cheapen" it up with those wheels! 8)

    What Got You Into G-Bodies?

My folks bought a brand new '78 Grand Prix. It was a base model but it was black with the Rallye II wheels on it. I may have only been 9 years old but man I could picture that car with some Cragar SS wheels on it and some tinted windows! My grandparents had a '79 Lemans 4 door that was cherry...

    CruizinKev´s 1979 Monte Carlo

I like the European tail lights with the amber lenses. They're obviously different than the domestic ones. I'm assuming the 81-88 Cutlass has something with an amber lens too? Looks like you're making progress! 8)

    HEADERS FOR AN EL CAMINO

Summit Racing or Jeg's should have what you're looking for. Their prices are usually comparable to each other. I'd say some Flowtech would probably be the least expensive if you're on the cheap. Summit sometimes has their own brand that is reasonable as well. Good luck.

Lotsa G pics (and a few others!)

The rears are 20's and the fronts are 17's. I'm not 100% sure, but I think the car is on air ride, yes. It was once a Pro Street car that the owner changed over to have the Muscle Machines look with the big 20's on the back. It's a pretty neat ride. More info on it here...
