Mad dog sold the business. The new owners will get you in contact with Mark and he will still make the headers for you. Same headers as they were, just him making them without the business name.
I can confirm, they do pop up on other body styles too. Just have to be sure of the part numbers. These are the original mounts from my ‘80 Grand Lemans with a 301.

I mentioned that the color was a mistake, but the more that I see it, the more that I like it. I was hoping that would be the case. I was really close to having it re-sprayed. I’ll have to see it more out in the sun, but for now I’m happy that I didn’t spend the extra money to go darker.
