NO. will not work, its out of a 4x4 so it has a transfercase where it should have either a 6inch, or even a 9 inch tailshaft. so when you unbolt the transfer case off it itll be way to sort. because its made to hook up to a transfercase. You will want a 6 inch tail shaft.
