Missing a ground some where.
The speakers, fuel gauge, and horn have a missing ground. The radio works but speakers don't when connected to the car. When I connect it to a external power source of the same voltage both radio and speakers work fine. Fuel gauge is the same way once I add an alternate ground it works properly...- Hell_cat1943

Reproduction Dash Panel
Spotted this in the Super Chevy that showed up in the mailbox today. Wow! $1200 for ABS! In 1992 I could have bought a NIB GM dash at the dealer for only $600.
