What brand cap and rotor would you recommend?
Guys, doing a new cap and rotor on my TBI 350 with HEI and remote coil. I've have a slight hesitation/hiccup at 2,000 rpm and I want to do all the typical maintenance stuff first to rule that out. It's just tough with so many mixed reviews on parts and big name brands cheapening out these days...- oldmansmonte

Swapping tbi to carb 5.7 350
Looking for imput. I bought a 5.7 350 (1987-95) from jegs and was planning to drop it in my 77 Scottsdale 4x4 4spd to replace the old rusted out 350. 2.41 to 3.73 gears story, and TBI can make power.
So this is likely the 3000th post of the same subject on the internet, but what the hell. Why not? So my engine swap occurred in in 2011. 4.3 TBI V6 to Gm performance 350. For sake of ease kept the throttle body injection. Had other challenges to work out so it seemed like a good short term...- oldmansmonte
