I’ve been clearing out wiring in a preperation for my engine swap which has mostly included removal of all the cruise control and fixing cut and unplugged wires from the previous owner. It’s a 1980 Malibu Wagon I was looking under the dash and above the main fuse block there’s this white plate...

I was looking at the starter and noticed that there was three wires when I’m used to two. There’s the main battery cable then there’s a thin black one and a thin tan one. Which one is which?

Need help identifying wiring. First engine swap :-/ lol I believe the 2 red go to the starter. There are 2 pinkish lines... one i cut like a dummy and the other has a white connector on it. All are from the drivers side. Ive already seperated the cruise control wiring.
