ok 33 mm it is then. what company and color do i want? not all urethane has the same hardness/stiffness/durometer.

I'd say that's up to you. I went with red energy suspension bushings.

I just got a set of front poly swaybar bushings from this place:

32mm, 34mm, or 36mm bushings. Available in black only. You can get the bushing and bracket or just the bushing. Since I used the g-body bracket with the f-body bushing, I ordered the bushing only.

I've not got mine installed yet. Just drill the bracket for a zerk fitting. Drill a small hole in the bushing and carefully cut some grooves for the grease.

ok i have new unused end link bushings since i got two sets when i got the front end rebuild kit and the sway bar, can i just replace the bushings or do i need f-body end links?

I just used the f-body frame bushings and swaybar. Everything else was g-body parts. G-body frame brackets and endlinks.
