Hard to do a burnout with 18s?!?! All I have is a 350 and I could ROAST my heavy *ss 22s. And with 18s the overall diameter is similar to a smaller wheel, considering its usually a much lower profile tire....
Yea the same height width tire on a larger rim will provide less acceleration traction but generally more cornering traction. Thats why I say if you are making power you don't want a hugh rim if you want to accelerate hard.
Yeah I understand that I was just referring to the burnout comment. But yeah OP. If you want anything more than just looks Id say 17s Max, maybe 18s but that's pushin it...they do look clean though.
That is exactly what I want my car to look like with the wheels! Thank you for the pics. I hate to be a copy cat but I wanted some gold in the rims to go with the gold stripes as well and no rims have it. What was the backspacing you used? I assume 4.5" Also what tires?
