Other than the required need to put fresh fluids in, possible seals need to be replaced, a clean & detail, checked for signs of rodents I'd say that looks like a good deal.
This is just a random site I foun for value of a '27 T but list the median sale value at $13,440 with good condition averaging $9250 to $13,440.

That isn't a bad deal considering the nice overall condition of it...and originality. I'd prefer a Model A or B. That's too nice to cut up for a hot rod.
