It depends if it was a high compression engine or not. I believe just the high compression engines came with a 4 bbl carb and the low compression ones came with a 2 bbl.

I believe the high compression engines had around 300 h.p., but not positive. Not sure what the low compression engines came with.

Do you know what pistons were put in it? That is pretty much how Olds changed the compression ratios in these engines, so if someone put different ones in, that could hurt the power if they put regular low compression ones in it.

i'm not 100% sure on what size they put in, i'm pretty sure the guy i got it off of put high compression pistons in it, but like i said i'm not 100% sure.. i do have all the paper work for it, and whats been done to it, and have pretty much all the receipts of all the parts put in.. i'll look around and see if i can find out

If you are thinking the "Rocket" means something, it does not. ALL Olds V8 motors were called "Rocket". In 1968 the 350 was available in a range of tunes from the 9.0:1 CR 2bbl single exhaust motor through the 10.0:1 CR 4bbl dual exhaust motor to the 10.25:1 W-31 motor. The W-31 was rated at 325 HP (gross rating). And if you have to ask, you probably don't have a W-31.
