My brother-in-law has just finished his 4-year project, a 1970 Maverick with an inline six, the car looks, feels and drives line a new one...
Is that a good thing? Weren't these terrible cars? Hopefully better than new😉My brother-in-law has just finished his 4-year project, a 1970 Maverick with an inline six, the car looks, feels and drives line a new one...

No coyote needed...... replace the inline6 with a 90's roller 302 engine, then EFI it.
some more Grabber'sI always thought those were cool, especially in grabber trim. Kinda like a Vega with a 327 swap (ask me about my daddy issues). What did Chrysler have? A rebadged Mitsubishi? Lame.
When I was going to school I worked for my uncle. One of his regular customers was a rabid Ford guy with a bunch of cool-ish cars. My favorite was a ratty Maverick bracket car with a nasty 302.
Mavericks are cool.
