1975-81 trans am fire bird egine brackets fit?

I'm putting a 1970 400 engine in a 1984 pontiac...will those engine brackets work?

I am also putting a 400 but from a 77 t/a in a 1983 gp I would also like to know if can re use the power steering pump bracket and I heard that you can use mounts from a 301 and the 400 will bolt right in are you using the 1984 brackets on your 1970?

Yes, you need the '78-'81 A/G body 301 brackets and mounts. The F body ones will technically fit, but the motor will sit too high. Be prepared to make your own holes in the frame. Use all the accessories and brackets from the new motor.
