I do like the idea that Mr. Fleming suggested...using a sheet of ABS and try conforming it with a heat gun. Now, who sells sheets of ABS? What other alternatives are there?

I have a couple sedan headliners, but shipping to Europe, I don't even want to think about what that would cost. 😱
My thought for a substitute would to be looking into the corrugated plastic that is used for those small signs that get put in lawns and medians like political candidate signs. I have seen larger versions of those signs, so perhaps the material comes in large sheets?
