Well, I guess I'll keep this thread going.

So, I developed a knock in the motor, which was:

Which led me to this:

Friend of mine had a "spare" almost new 454 crate motor. So with some minor upgrades such as:
better cam
springs
push rods
better oil pump

we have:

After putting it together we took it to Pat Musi (if you never heard his name, Google it. It's impressive) to dyno the new creation:

Moving right along. All body panels were painted off the car and then put together. Now, the car will be painted.

man these 2 cars shown in this topic are both unbelieveable! i hope with a lil time and money mine turns out as good as these did

Yeah, except the engine ran for about a month, wiring was a mess, front wheel geometry was all off and the body had to be stripped because what ever body filler previous owner used had a chemical reaction with pint, which caused paint to bubble.
