PONTIAC 1979 grand am help

Has anyone figured out where this car is? I PMd OP and haven't heard back.......I'm interested but with limited info...not much to go on.
Can't seem to make out license plate and the OP never filled in his location.

I saw it last night on CL in either WA or OR, but it seems to be removed now.
