can any other model cutlass trunk fit on my car itz hard as hell to find a 1980 trunk and what would be the best way to do a hood scoop?

You can use the trunk lid off of a 78 or 79 also.

I have a 85 cutlass my frame horn rotted out will the left frame horn off a 86 grand prix line up correctly or will the whole frame line up correctly
