New to the forum. I just picked up a 1980 el camino ss, royal knight, factory 4 speed, with buckets and console. Just wondering how rare this car is and if anyone has production numbers.

Were the Super Sport and Royal Knight options separate, or could you get them both on the same vehicle (like getting the RS and SS options on the same Camaro in 1969)?

When you bought a super sport the royal knight was an option you could buy for $75.
