I am in the middle of restoring my 1981 Grand Prix that I've had for 25 years now that I bought and paid for on my own at 14 years old. I've got the paint and everything done but I'm wondering if there is any place to buy replacement chrome? I have the old stuff yet but with this paint job I got it wouldn't look right putting the old chrome back on! I've been looking and haven't had much luck so thought maybe you guys could be of some help?

There is very little reproduced for Grand Prixs since they are less popular. You would be better off having your original stuff rechromed anyway. Lots of times the fitment of reproduction stuff is less than stellar. Be sure to pick your chrome shop carefully and document everything you send carefully because you don't want anything lost. The Grand Prix specific parts like bumpers and trim are harder to find and more expensive to replace. We'd all love to see some pictures of your project.
