i picked this car up out of a junkyard for $400. it was missing the stearing column,gas pedal and carb when i got it. now after a month of steady work i got her runnin great. just droped in a new radiator and pulled the entire AC system today. you cant tell by the pics but it has come a long ways. i gotta get a new belt for the water pump/ crank monday. when i pulled the AC pump i didnt notice that it only had 1 long belt running everything. i have plans for a dual exhaust with a x flow pipe and eather 2 small turbo mufflers or a dual in dual out flowmaster exhaust, fresh paint and hopefuly a olds 350 with a small cam, flat top pistons and mabe alinimum heads for more power.first pic is how it was when i got it home. 2nd pic is how it looks now. im gonna get a inside and motor pic tomorrow.

Did you buy it at an individual scrap yard or a chain? I didn't know they'd sell the whole car at those places.

private owned yard and i know the guy that ownes it. i still havnt figured out why it was in there to began with.

i picked up 2 bucket seats out of a 84 camaro today. thay arnt in the greatest shape but thay are better than the ones in the car. im gonna have them recovered in black when i get the money. if i get tomorrow off work im gonna try to mount them. hopefully thay will mount right up. then the next step is to get a 4 point harness safty belt and put it on. ill post a pic if i get the seats mounted up.

The seats should mount right up using your split bench seat tracks.

i put in my new seats today. i had to modify the mount spots on the seats but i got em in and mounted.im gonna have the seats recovered in black when i get enough money. i also put on the 2 crager SS mag rims i bought off ebay. thay came with some old bias ply tires. my dad picked up some free flowmaster mufflers for me today. looks like the next step is to start on the exhaust. im hoping it warms up soon so i can start sanding and put some primer down.

the sanding has started. i got the driver side front fender sanded to bare metal. im gonna primer it tomorrow and start on the hood. i will get some pics up after i get the hood sanded and primered. my goal is to get the front clip sanded and primered this weekend.
