My take on this one:
First glance- car is pretty nice. True H/O by VIN. Interior is spectacular for its age. Broken power antenna cable (they're designed to auto-lower when power is off), and every single pic I've seen of this car here and on other websites has it in the up position. I'm doubting every picture was with the car running and radio on, but you never know. Typical scars on front air dam. Everything looks to be there. Although, nowhere, not a single place I can find an underneath photo.

I am suspect this didn't at least have new stripes put on in places, perhaps. I just can't imagine the workers at the Lansing plant couldn't put on a set of stripes worth a flip, unless the guy doing the passenger side was drunk or high or something. I know there are variations and waves sometimes, but dammm, that is some shoddy lower stripe work on the passenger side. One problem they had at the plant was paint at the part lines. They sometimes came out wavy, so the striper might have had to apply the stripes a little funky to cover the partline "wavy mistake"??? Who knows. Driver side looks pretty good, though. Hmmm.

One of the pics I saw showed one continuous front end top stripe, which I recall years ago someone with an all-original 83 had told me that was the case, but over the counter replacement GM stripes were split in the middle there. So the front end top stripe seems original to me. Someone with an original 83 H/O can chime in here and support or dash that piece of info. Hard to tell if it's all original paint or not, the paint job quality in the early to mid 80s SUUUUCKEED. Not the workers' fault necessarily. The extra" pinstriping is not my cup o tea. It's very distracting to me. Not liking that. Hope it can buff off. Sad to see those riveted on body side moldings. H/Os never had those factory, but they were popular aftermarket additions back then. But rivets!!!! Dang. Same with the door edge guards. Not available on H/O, but obviously added. Owner's choice on all those little mods, but I wouldn't have done it. Also appears there's a few door dings based on some photos I've seen, mainly on driver side. Can't tell for 100% though.

Door dings?

Price tag? Way too high for something not exactly in "original" condition. Maybe I've been out of the game too long and don't know squat about G-body pricing anymore. But this is hitting 68 H/O driver pricing. For a few grand less, you can buy a pristine 2014/2015 Z/28 Camaro!!! There's more going on with this car than meets the eye. Interior looks fantastic, and while I guess it COULD have 9K on the clock, something tells me there's another few layers to peel on this onion.

With the things wrong with this, I'd say it would be strong 30s, but mostly due to the low mileage.

At least one of these statements are untrue. Doing the math...

Top front end header stripe looks to be original as it's all one piece. Someone with an original 83 H/O can chime in here and call BS or not.

Only seen a couple of pics of underhood, but looks pretty original underneath (exception: alternator looks replaced by one with the wrong fan), supporting the low mileage on the odometer. Sadly, no cruise control. Cruise is one of my favorite features of these cars.
